Cancellation policy

We make this simply and friendly.  Cancelling is easy and we're always happy to help. 

 

Normal Subscriptions

Tea Runners subscriptions renew automatically at the delivery frequency selected at checkout unless you cancel them.

Available delivery frequencies may include monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, and every 12 months.

After creating an account, you can manage your subscription through your customer account, including moving shipments, switching available box options, pausing, skipping, or cancelling your subscription.

To prevent an upcoming renewal or scheduled shipment, please make your changes by the last day of the month before the applicable order is processed.

Gift Subscriptions

Gift Subscriptions are one-time prepaid purchases and do not automatically renew.

The recipient will receive the number of subscription boxes included in the Gift Subscription purchase.

Subscriptions Purchased Using a Gift Card

Subscriptions purchased using a Tea Runners gift card are treated as normal automatically renewing subscriptions and will renew according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout unless cancelled.

Gift cards may be applied to the initial subscription purchase, but they do not automatically apply to future renewal charges. Future renewal charges will be processed using the payment method associated with the subscription.

You can manage or cancel this type of subscription through your customer account.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription at any time through your customer account.

Cancelling prevents future renewals. Cancelling does not automatically cancel or refund shipments that were included in a prepaid subscription purchase.

For example, if you purchase a prepaid 6-box subscription and cancel after receiving the first box, your subscription will not renew after the prepaid term ends, but you will still receive the remaining 5 boxes included in your original purchase.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are handled separately from subscription cancellations.

If you would like to request a refund for a subscription order or unshipped prepaid shipment, please contact us at support@tearunners.com. Refund requests are processed manually in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
