Shipping policy

Tea Runners currently ships orders within the United States and Canada only. Orders shipping to U.S. addresses are fulfilled from our U.S. location, and orders shipping to Canadian addresses are fulfilled from our Canadian location.
One-Time Orders
One-time purchases of tea, teaware, gift items, and other non-subscription products are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.
United States
One-time orders shipping within the United States are generally shipped by USPS Ground Advantage and include tracking.
Canada
One-time orders shipping within Canada are shipped by Canada Post or UPS, depending on the order and shipping option selected. One-time Canadian orders normally include tracking.
Because Canadian orders are fulfilled from our Canadian location, customers receiving orders in Canada will not be charged import duty or brokerage fees for delivery.
Subscription Box Orders
Subscription boxes are prepared and shipped during the first week of the month in each applicable shipment month. This timing applies to monthly subscriptions and to subscriptions scheduled for delivery every 3, 6, or 12 months when their shipment month arrives.
United States Subscription Boxes
Subscription boxes shipping within the United States may be sent by:

USPS First-Class Mail, which does not include tracking; or
-
USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking.
U.S. subscription boxes generally arrive approximately 4–8 days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Canada Subscription Boxes
Subscription boxes shipping within Canada are generally sent by Canada Post Lettermail.
Canada Post Lettermail does not include tracking. Canadian subscription boxes generally arrive within 7–14 calendar days after shipment.
If your untracked Canadian subscription box has not arrived within 20 calendar days after shipment, please contact us at support@tearunners.com. We will replace the shipment or issue a refund, as appropriate.
Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided in your shipping confirmation or made available through your customer account.
Some subscription shipments are sent using untracked mail services in order to keep subscription shipping affordable. In these cases, no tracking number will be available.
Delayed, Lost, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
We want every order to arrive properly and in good condition.
If your shipment is delayed, lost in transit, marked as delivered but you did not receive it, arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact us at support@tearunners.com. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
For untracked Canadian subscription shipments sent by Canada Post Lettermail, please allow 20 calendar days after shipment before requesting a replacement or refund for non-delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order or maintaining a subscription.
If an order cannot be delivered, is returned to us, or is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping a replacement order.
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout and keep your subscription shipping address up to date in your customer account.
Shipping Destinations
Tea Runners currently ships only to addresses in:

The United States; and
-
Canada.
We do not currently ship to other international destinations.
