We want you to be happy with your Tea Runners order. If there is a problem with your order, or you would like to request a return or refund, please contact us at support@tearunners.com.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be in the same condition in which you received it. Tea pouches must be unopened. Teaware and other eligible non-tea products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging where applicable.
To start a return, please contact us at support@tearunners.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can confirm the correct return destination and provide instructions for your specific order.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened tea pouches cannot be returned.
Please contact us if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order after it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Lost or Undelivered Shipments
Shipments may occasionally be delayed or lost in transit.
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at support@tearunners.com so we can review the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
For Canadian subscription boxes shipped by untracked Canada Post Lettermail, please allow 20 calendar days after shipment before requesting a replacement or refund for non-delivery.
Claims for lost or undelivered shipments must be submitted within 90 days of the shipment date. We cannot accept lost-shipment claims submitted after 90 days.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered, is returned, or is lost because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, the customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping a replacement order.
Subscription Orders and Refund Requests
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals, but it does not automatically cancel or refund prepaid shipments.
Refund requests for subscription orders or unshipped prepaid shipments are handled separately and manually. If you would like to request a refund for a subscription order or prepaid shipment that has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tearunners.com.
Once a subscription order has shipped, refund, replacement, return, and delivery-related requests are handled in accordance with this policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@tearunners.com.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
