how to reactivate your account

Tea Runners sometimes has a waitlist. However, if you have had an account with us in the past, you can reactivate your account immediately by following the directions below. 

Reactivate a Cancelled Account

  1. Login to your account
  2. Make sure you have valid payment information under 'Credit Card'
  3. Click REACTIVATE under 'Your Subscriptions'
  4. Choose a New Product:
    • Tea Runners Monthly Box
    • Tea Runners Bi-Monthly Box
    • Tea Runners Tri-Monthly Box
  5. Click REACTIVATE. 
  6. Review your settings and click CONFIRM.

Reactivated accounts will be charged immediately, and your first box will be sent the first week of the next month.

Please Note:

If we are still shipping the current month's box (usually until the 20th of the month), you will be shipped a box immediately upon reactivating your account. If not, you will receive your first box the following month.
