BI-MONTHLY & TRI-MONTHLY DELIVERY SCHEDULES

 

When you sign up to Tea Runners, all your boxes are scheduled for monthly delivery. However, we're happy to offer bi-monthly and tri-monthly delivery schedules for those who don't get through their tea fast enough or want to be part of Tea Runners for less of a cost.

How to go Bi-Monthly or Tri-Montly: 

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click EDIT under 'Your Subscriptions'
  3. Choose a New Product:
    • Tea Runners Monthly Box
    • Tea Runners Bi-Monthly Box
    • Tea Runners Tri-Monthly Box
  4. Click CHANGE. 
  5. Review your settings and click CONFIRM.

Explanation of Bi-Monthly

2 MONTHS - $25 PER
You will be charged $25 every 2 months and receive a box every 2 months.

6 MONTH PREPAY - $67.50 PER
You will be charged $67.50 for 3 boxes total, one delivered every 2 months. 

12 MONTH PREPAY - $127.50 PER
You will be charged $127.50 for 6 boxes total, one delivered every 2 months. 
 

Explanation of Tri-Monthly

1 QUARTER - $25 PER
You will be charged $25 every 3 months and receive a box every 3 months.  We do not offer prepay discounts on the tri-monthly schedule. 
 

Important Note:

Switching from one delivery schedule to another will take place ONLY at your next renewal, it does not take place immediately

For example, you have a recurring 6-month membership and your account is set to renew on Feb 16, 2018. If you switch to the Tea Runners Bi-Monthly Box, the change will only happen at your next renewal (in this case on Feb 16). You will still receive monthly deliveries until then. On Feb 16 your account will switch to bi-monthly and you will receive the March box, (skip April), the May box, (skip June), the July box, etc until you have received 6 boxes. 

Likewise, if you are on a bi-monthly schedule and you want to switch back to monthly (or tri-monthly) the change will only happen at your next renewal. 


Reactivate a Cancelled Account

If you have a cancelled or expired account, you do not need to wait for Tea Runners to open to reactivate your account. 

  1. Login to your account
  2. Make sure you have valid payment information under 'Credit Card'
  3. Click REACTIVATE under 'Your Subscriptions'
  4. Choose a New Product:
    • Tea Runners Monthly Box
    • Tea Runners Bi-Monthly Box
    • Tea Runners Tri-Monthly Box
  5. Click REACTIVATE. 
  6. Review your settings and click CONFIRM.

Reactivated accounts will be charged immediately and your first box will be sent the first week of the next month.
