Tea Runners is very proud to have been invited onto Amazon's new subscription box platform.  This new platform by Amazon is by invitation-only, and we were selected based on the quality of our product, our great customer service, and our sky-high member reviews. 

Amazon subscriptions operate a little differently than subscriptions through our website because the two platforms run independently of each other.

Managing Your Amazon Subscription

Please note all account management is done through your account on Amazon. You do not have an account through our website.



Your subscription will renew on the same day you signed up. For example, if you signed up on January 5th, your renewals will always occur on the 5th of the month. 

Your renewal date determines the monthly box you will be shipped. For example, a renewal that takes place on January 28th is for the January box.


Switching Boxes 

The only way to switch boxes is to cancel your current subscription and sign up for a new one. 


How to Cancel Your Subscription

Only you can cancel your subscription because we do not have access to your Amazon account.

  1. Login to your Amazon account

  2. Hover over the "Your Account" area on the top right, and go to the drop down item called "Memberships & Subscriptions"

  3. You should see Tea Runners on that page. Click "Manage Subscription" link.

  4. Click End Subscription and Confirm.

About the Teas

What teas will I receive? 

We post what teas are coming next month on the news page of our website, however, this page is intended for customers who have signed up through our website. Although Amazon subscribers receive exactly the same teas, they may not be delivered on exactly the same schedule. The only reason for this is that it is much harder for us to forecast the amount of subscriptions that will be fulfilled through Amazon, therefore we may not have enough of a certain tea in a specific month.

How often are teas repeated?

In general, we don't repeat a tea in our Original Box for 10-12 months. For our Herbal, Pure, and Black Tea boxes we won't repeat a tea for 6-8 months. 

Shipping Dates

We delivery all our boxes to the post office within 24-48 hours of your order, Monday to Friday.

Monthly boxes aren't usually ready until the 5th-7th of the month, so if you signed up between the 1st and 5th your box may not ship for an extra few days. 

All shipping is done via USPS.  It usually takes 1-3 days for our boxes to be delivered across the USA.
